Marielle firmly believes that the future of work will require full spectrum thinking, deploying transformational competency-based, life-long learning and multi-career transitioning. She therefore advocates for business models with a strategic focus on future-proof skills, cross cultural intelligence, transformative and agile leadership teams.

She is the founder of TCKapital a board and leadership foresight advisory, as well as talent futures think tank partnering with multinationals to help them elevate cross-cultural intelligence (CQ) and futures thinking leadership teams. She also advises global leaders by equipping them with effective career transition and professional advancement strategies.

Marielle has advised international organizations and senior corporate leadership for more than 25 years across the Americas and Europe.

Currently sitting on the Boards of the European Network of Women in Leadership and Mujeres Avenir, both women advancement non profit organizations, she is also a strategic business advisor to Amplifica Capital and Troquer.com in Latin America.
