She is the founder of TCKapital a global intelligence think tank, advisory and networking platform partnering with international companies and academic institutions to elevate Cross-Cultural intelligence (CQ), Adaptive leadership and Gender parity in their organizations, as well as equip global executives with effective career transition strategies and transformational skills for the Future of Work.

Marielle has advised international organizations and corporate leadership for more than 20 years across the Americas and Europe.

Currently serving on the executive board of Mujeres Avenir in Spain, she is also an active member of Mornings4, IWBAC (Iberian Women Business Angel Club) and the Women Investors Club (WIC). She initiated the first Families in Global Transition (FIGT) affiliate in Brazil as well as the Third Culture Family Connections community online.
